1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using this app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

2. Who Can Use the App

Users approved by the admin may view content and use the available features.

Only authorized admins can send messages.

A Master Admin may remove admins or users who violate rules.

Users may also report abusive messages.

3. Payment Plans and What They Provide

The app includes three types of payments:

• Skating Rink Owner Monthly Subscription
  Unlocks all rink-owner features for 30 days. Access ends automatically after 30 days. This plan does not renew by itself.
• Annual JBGODS ROSE Awards Membership
  Allows the user to cast votes for the JBGODS Rose Awards.
  This does not unlock extra digital features inside the app.
• Event Registration Fees
  Confirms participation in real-world skating events.
  Does not unlock digital features inside the app.

4. Refund Policy

• Monthly access payments follow the refund rules of the app store used during purchase.
• Annual membership and event fees are normally non-refundable unless cancelled by the rink.
• Refunds for physical services must be handled directly with rink management.

5. Correct Information

Please make sure your details are accurate while making payments. You may be asked to show your confirmation when visiting the rink or attending events.

6. Access After Payment

• Monthly access features unlock instantly inside the app.
• Event access may require showing the confirmation email at the rink.
• Users can vote anytime after completing the Annual ROSE Awards Membership payment.

7. Misuse

Sharing your account or using someone else’s payment may result in your access being removed. Abusive behavior or violation of community rules can also lead to suspension.

8. Community Guidelines (Admins)

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable or abusive content.

Admins must not post content that is offensive, abusive, discriminatory, hateful, threatening, illegal, spam, or violates privacy or intellectual property rights.

Users may report inappropriate content. All reports are reviewed by the Master Admin.

The Master Admin may remove or demote admins who violate rules.

Issues are acted upon within 24 hours by removing offending content and restricting access if needed.

9. Information We Collect

• Profile details such as name, email, and username.
• Device information and basic usage data.
• Payment status for unlocking app features.
• Messages sent inside the app for safety and moderation.

We do not collect or store any card numbers or sensitive payment details.

10. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your account.
• Unlock the correct features based on your plan.
• Improve app performance and security.
• Keep the community safe.
• Provide support when needed.

11. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your data.
We only share limited information with trusted service providers who help operate the app. They may not use the data for any other purpose.

12. Data Security

Your data is stored securely and protected with industry-standard encryption. We take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or data loss.

13. Your Rights

• Update your profile details.
• Request account deletion from the Profile page.
• Report users who violate rules.
• Block abusive users within the chat.

14. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Privacy details may be updated as services grow. Important changes will be announced inside the app.
