1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using this app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
2. Who Can Use the App
Users approved by the admin may view content and use the available features.
Only authorized admins can send messages where admin-only messaging applies.
A Master Admin may remove admins or users who violate rules.
Users may also report abusive messages or content.
3. Payment Plans and What They Provide
The app includes three types of payments:

Skating Rink Owner Monthly Subscription
Unlocks all rink-owner features for 30 days. Access ends automatically after 30 days.
This plan does not renew by itself.

Annual JBGODS ROSE Awards Membership
Allows the user to cast votes for the JBGODS Rose Awards.
This does not unlock extra digital features inside the app.

Event Registration Fees
Confirms participation in real-world skating events.
Does not unlock digital features inside the app except for the event pass generated after successful registration.
4. Refund Policy
- Monthly access payments follow the refund rules of the app store used during purchase.
- Annual membership and event fees are normally non-refundable unless cancelled by the rink or organizer.
- Refunds for physical services must be handled directly with rink management or the event organizer, where applicable.
5. Correct Information
Please make sure your details are accurate while making payments and using the app.
You may be asked to show your confirmation or event pass when visiting the rink or attending events.
6. Access After Payment
- Monthly access features unlock inside the app after successful payment.
- Users can vote anytime after completing the Annual ROSE Awards Membership payment.
- Event registrations may generate a digital event pass inside the app after successful payment.
7. Misuse
Sharing your account, using someone else’s payment without authorization, sharing event passes,
or abusing rink claim features may result in your access being removed.
Abusive behavior or violation of community rules can also lead to suspension.
8. Community Guidelines (Admins)
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable or abusive content.
Admins must not post content that is offensive, abusive, discriminatory, hateful, threatening,
illegal, spam, or violates privacy or intellectual property rights.
Users may report inappropriate content. All reports are reviewed by the Master Admin.
The Master Admin may remove or demote admins who violate rules.
Issues are acted upon within 24 hours by removing offending content and restricting access if needed.
9. Information We Collect
- Profile details such as name, email, and username.
- Device information and basic usage data.
- Payment status for unlocking app features or registering for events.
- Messages sent inside the app for safety, moderation, and support purposes.
- Notification-related information needed to deliver in-app or push notifications.
- Activity related to rink likes, rink claims, and event pass issuance.
We do not collect or store any card numbers or sensitive payment details.
10. How We Use Your Information
- Create and manage your account.
- Unlock the correct features based on your plan.
- Send notifications related to events, messages, rink updates, and general app updates.
- Process rink interactions such as likes, owner registration, and rink claim requests.
- Generate and verify event passes for paid event registrations.
- Improve app performance and security.
- Keep the community safe.
- Provide support when needed.
11. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your data.
We only share limited information with trusted service providers who help operate the app.
They may not use the data for any other purpose.
12. Data Security
Your data is stored securely and protected with industry-standard safeguards.
We take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or data loss.
13. Your Rights
- Update your profile details.
- Request account deletion from the Profile page or by contacting support.
- Report users who violate rules.
- Block abusive users within the chat where available.
- Manage notification preferences where such controls are available in the app or device settings.
14. Notifications
Users may receive in-app notifications and, where enabled, push notifications for new events,
updates, messages, rink activity, or other important app-related information.
- Delivery of notifications may depend on the user's device settings, internet access, and platform permissions.
- Users are responsible for keeping notification permissions enabled if they want to receive alerts.
- JBGODS is not responsible for missed updates caused by disabled notifications, device issues, or service interruptions.
15. Skating Rink Listings & Ownership Claims
The app may display skating rink listings created or managed by admins for discovery and community engagement.
- Users may like listed skating rinks and interact with related content where available.
- If a rink owner wants to claim a rink listing, they must register as a skating rink owner through the app.
- Submitting a claim does not guarantee automatic approval or ownership status.
- JBGODS may request additional information or proof before approving a rink ownership claim.
- JBGODS reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or revoke rink claims if information is inaccurate, misleading, disputed, or violates these Terms.
- JBGODS is not responsible for disputes between users, owners, managers, or third parties regarding rink ownership or control.
16. Event Pass & Entry Verification
For eligible paid events, users may receive a digital event pass inside the app after successful payment.
- The event pass must be presented at the event for identity or entry verification, where required.
- A valid payment confirmation alone may not always be enough if the event requires the in-app pass for entry.
- Event passes are intended only for the registered user and must not be copied, transferred, shared, or misused.
- JBGODS and event organizers reserve the right to deny entry where a pass appears invalid, altered, duplicated, expired, cancelled, or used in violation of these Terms.
- Additional identity verification may be required at the event venue.
